All of our candles are hand-poured using 100% soy wax and non-toxic ingredients to ensure a luxurious and eco-friendly experience. Please note that slight variations in vessels, colour and fragrance strength may occur, as each candle is individually crafted. For any specific allergies or sensitivities, please consult the product description before making a purchase.

3. Ordering & Payment 

We accept payments via major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways listed at checkout. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping Policy 

• We ship Australia wide. 

• All orders are processed within 5 - 14 business days (up to 21 days for custom orders) and shipped via Australia Post. 

• Delivery times may vary based on your location and order. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. 

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

5. Returns & Refunds 

We take pride in the quality of our candles. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase: 

• You may return unused products in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for a store credit, minus shipping costs. 

• Refunds will be issued once the item has been inspected and approved. • Custom orders or personalized items are non-refundable. 

• Damaged or defective items may be returned for a replacement. Please contact us at gemandstoneluxurycandles@yahoo.com with photos of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving your order.
